We are delighted that next week brings the return of Shhh… our weekly Mindfulness Meditation.
Before COVID we were running weekly sessions in person in Sheffield, the longer events and finally running sessions online. Shhh.. is now returning in a new revamped form and using our Yoga and Mindfulness studio at Scotia Works.
We will also be sharing weekly online recordings.

On Tuesday mornings at 8.30am till 9.15am
Repeated on Thursday afternoons from 3.30pm to 4.15pm.
These weekly sessions will be at Scotia Works, Leadmill Road, Sheffield S1 4SE.
Our first session next week will be on the theme of “Change” and include creative tasks, mindful reflection, silence, ambient music and poetry. We can’t wait to get started. Below you can find all the dates/events and our latest flyer.
